Rest & Reset: A Live Guided Nidra Experience

This free live online session is an invitation into deep rest and nervous system reset.
Yoga Nidra is a guided state of conscious relaxation where the body rests deeply while the mind remains gently aware. In this state, stress patterns soften, the nervous system downshifts, and the subconscious becomes more receptive to positive change.
During this session you may experience:
• A calming of the nervous system
