I guide people into deep states of rest and awareness where the nervous system can settle and clarity can arise naturally. My work blends Yoga Nidra–informed hypnosis, gentle awareness, and subtle inner guidance to support release, insight, and self-healing.

Rather than fixing or forcing change, I focus on creating the conditions where your own inner intelligence can lead the process. In these deeply relaxed states, the subconscious opens, the body unwinds, and a quieter, wiser part of you becomes accessible — often experienced as inner clarity or Higher Self awareness.

CC is a dedicated yoga teacher, meditation enthusiast, and avid traveler who dreams of embracing a life on the road in an RV. She believes in the transformative power of movement, mindfulness, and self-reflection. Her yoga journey was deeply inspired by her father, whose influence sparked her passion for teaching and sharing the practice with others. In 2023, she became a certified yoga instructor, committed to helping others find balance, strength, and inner peace.

Beyond the mat, CC finds joy in meditation and journaling, using them as tools for self-discovery and growth. She thrives on adventure, exploring new places, and embracing the freedom that travel brings—all while staying present and connected to the moment.
